What We Delivered
Our Approach
Our standard six-step delivery process was utilized with customizations as per the specificities of developing an AI fintech solution for two native platforms:
01. UI/UX Strategy
Collaborated with the Volcasa team to define the website's UI/UX direction, focusing on presenting tile collections, size variations (from 300×450 mm to 1200×2400 mm slabs), and the brand's export capabilities through a premium, visually driven experience.
02. Design Approval
Prepared and refined the website designs, which were reviewed and officially approved by the client before moving into the development phase, ensuring alignment with Volcasa's branding and product presentation goals.
03. Static to Dynamic Website Planning
Although the initial requirement was for a static website, we recommended a dynamic architecture that would allow product listings, categories, and website content to be managed independently through an admin panel without requiring developer involvement for every update.
04. HTML Development
Converted the approved designs into responsive HTML layouts, ensuring accurate implementation of the visual design, content structure, and responsiveness before backend development.
05. Design Integration
Integrated the approved HTML designs into the live website templates, bringing product catalogs, size charts, export information, and other dynamic content to life.
06. Launch & Admin Panel
Developed a custom admin panel that enables the Volcasa team to manage website content independently. After client approval, the website was successfully launched, with ongoing backend maintenance and support provided by DevConex.
